Returns and Refund Policy


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure your return is accompanied by a copy of your receipt or other proof of purchase.

 Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We request that you send a photo with your application for a return so that we can address the issue and correct where possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return:

1.Custom products such as special orders or personalised items.

2. In keeping with Australian Health laws earrings for pierced ears cannot be accepted for return due to change of mind. 

3. Final sale items due to change of mind.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund
