Returns and Refund Policy


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Your return will need to be accompanied by a  receipt or other  proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that depending on the reason for return shipping costs may be incurred by the purchaser.

Damages and issues

 Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We request that you send a photo with your application for a return so that we can address the issue and correct where possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

 Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods such as beauty/body products.

Please note that due to Health Regulations we cannot accept returns on earrings for pierced ears.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund
